Your privacy is very important to us. Our Best Friend’s policy is to respect and protect the privacy of all our guests.

Our Best Friend does not collect individual identification data on users unless you choose to use the electronic registration. We will keep all information confidential. We do not share, sell, or otherwise distribute any personal information.


If you have a puppy, they must be over 12 weeks old and/or have their second set of shots.

If your dog is older than one year, they must have current vaccinations for Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella (Kennel Cough) and be spayed/neutered (if over 1 year).

They must be in good health and tick/flea free.

Please have your pet wear a quick release collar to daycare with name and phone ID’s.

Bring medications with written instructions as well as your pet’s favorite food. It is best to keep them on the food and schedule they are accustomed to.

We have toys, beds, blankets and everything your pet will need.

Interview Process

We will ask you questions to get an idea of your pet’s personality and needs. We will then ask you to leave your pets with us to introduce them to dogs slowly, to see how well they interact with other dogs. If all goes well, we will have your pet stay for up to four hours so we can get to know your dog.

Although we love all dog breeds, we do not accept Pit Bulls. They can be very high energy and playful breeds and our facility is not equipped to keep your pet as well as other guests safe and happy.


We ask that you make reservations 24 hours in advance when possible so we ensure we have the right number of staff.

We also will accept short notice, emergency, and drop offs if we have availability.

We are open 24/7 every day of the year with the exception of Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas (open for overnight only, no active daycare).

If any of our guests are sick or injured our staff members are Pet First Aid and CPR trained. In any emergency, we will contact you and we will take your pet to a vet immediately. (Vet fees are paid by owner)
